Starting the day with deep gratitude.🙏🏼

For all the experiences in the past that led me to who I am now and being able to move in ways that my body allows me to.


Sometimes, I forget that the little things matter: my ability to see, hear, smell, feel and taste.

These 5 senses that definitely brings color and excitement to life.


The ability to walk and explore new places and revisit my favorite ones.. use my hands to offer help and touch things that doesn’t seem to be within my reach before.. a healthy brain that keeps me alive and well every single day without me having to “think” about it.


What more when we become mindful and conscious of how we take care of ourselves? Can you imagine how your body, mind and spirit would thank you for it? How much more you can enjoy life and invite more experiences that brings vitality and nourishment to your soul?✨


How lucky are we, to live another day with all these little things?


Have you ever stopped and wondered, how lucky we are right to have this moment right now?


At the end of each and every class, I hold space for gratitude, to honor these little things.



It’s always a good reminder to appreciate the little things and accept what we have overcome.🌿
