Little story time -

When I was young, I have always had big dreams and ambitions.. secretly I wasn’t too sure how I could do what I want in life, but I just simply trusted the process. Putting one foot after the other, finding my way around and through any challenges in front of me and trusting my intuition to make just about anything work.🌿

And guess what??

Everything works out at the right time(when we can hold space for what’s yet to come).

Our journey in life doesn’t end when we reach our “vision” or when we get to the place we have been wanting to go. It begins on the path towards it and when we get there: How we treat those who are in the same situation as we were and how we can be of help to those in need to get through their own path.

It is our choice whether to stay in our comfort zone, or come out of our layers of shell we’re hiding in and start reaching for what makes our soul happy✨

For me, that is by sharing the gifts of

🙏🏼Yoga, 🧘🏻‍♀️Meditation, 🌬Proper Breathing,🪴Plants, 🌘Moon phases, spreading positivity & kindness, while staying balanced, grounded and compassionate as I flow through life.

Here’s a little secret from my own experience, what you seek is seeking you, what you want is working it’s way towards you, you simply have to make it clear and it will be there.

Stretch your perspective and open your mind to all the possibilities, stop limiting & talking yourself down.

Just simply TRUST while you take one simple step closer to what you want and take all the time that you need, don’t put too much pressure on yourself, this is counter productive to your growth...just like what the plants taught me, be patient. Real healthy growth takes time🍀
