Do you get overwhelmed with your own thoughts & heavy emotions?


One of the best ways to release those unexpressed emotions are journaling & containment.


It is a great tool to have when you can’t talk about what it may be that’s bothering you, maybe because you are not ready to talk about it or you don’t feel safe to do so.


Sometimes it can lead to a repetitive story & overthinking that plays over and over in your mind - and this, my dear is leaking energy that you could use for something more meaningful to you.


So take that time to express it, contain it in your journal so that it loses it’s heavy grip over you and let it go.


Just like the clouds in the sky, emotions change and thoughts comes & goes.
